Referral card is valid for two (2) years from the date of acceptance of the Referrer’s Agreement of Purchase and Sale, or as otherwise noted on the Customer Referral Card.
Should either the Referrer or Referee terminate or be released (mutually or otherwise) from their Agreement of Purchase and Sale to which this program has been applied, the program will become null and void and the referral payment will not be made.
Payment of the Referral Fee will be made by cheque to the primary named purchaser on the Agreements of Purchase and Sale within 30 days of the payment (free and clear from any holdbacks) of the final deposit amount by the Referee.
Referral Fee payment amount is $5,000 CDN to the Referee in the form of purchase price incentive and $5,000 CDN to the Referrer.
Customer Referral Program can be terminated by Glenview Homes (Innes) Ltd., Glenview Homes (Succession) Ltd., Glenview (Fernbank) Holdings Limited at any time without notice.
