Should the Referee terminate or be released (mutually or otherwise) from their Agreement of Purchase and Sale to which this program has been applied, the program will become null and void and the referral payment will not be made.
Payment of the Referral Fee will be made by cheque to the primary named purchaser on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale within 30 days of payment (free and clear from any holdbacks) of the final deposit amount by the Referee.
Referral Fee payment amount is $5,000 CDN to Referee and $5,000 CDN to the Referrer.
Customer Referral Program can be terminated by Glenview Homes at any time without notice. Promotion ends August 31st, 2026.
